Does anybody have any recomendations for overnight Adventure tours in Chiang Mai, Thailand?

I was looking for some candid opinions regarding pre-booked adventure tours from Chiang Mai. I am a 26 and traveling with two other friends and were looking to do a 4d/3N trek. We would incoroporate the elephant treks, rafting, treking, small villages and what not. Is there a recomended company we should book with? Is there a specific trip you recomend?Is there anyhting we should be aware of (mosquitos)?
