What are some ideas to attract ghosts, like ghost hunting. Are does it just happen natrually? Like last night a drawer was left open and no one could close it. But then this morning it was closed! I asked everyone! No one closed it!

I once suggested to TAPS that to test their theory that ghosts materialize using ambient energy they should set up a Van de Graaf generator in an allegedly haunted spot.
Do not try this if you don’t know what you are doing!

You can’t really attract them. I’ve tried. My apartment is haunted but they don’t show up and move things around or make noise unless they want to. Same thing happened every place else I’ve lived. I guess I’m a magnet but you can’t force it.
Get a tape recorder or a video camera tho and set it up in the areas where it happens most often, you might catch some activity when you’re not around.

You could hold a seance, to try and make contact.
Also if you wanted to see if they are around when you sleep lightly cover your worktops and tables with flour and see if any prints are there in the morning.

The best way to attract other ghost is to become one yourself this can be done a number of ways with a knife, falling off a cliff, using a gun etc…

ghosts are dangerous they are real very real and if you can contact them you have to be responsible otherwise you can get burnt !!!!! especially considering ouji boards where people can be possessed by evil spirits ive seen this happen and believe me it has bad psychological effects and you must not play with fire just because u cant see them does not mean they are not there there are evil spirits and good spirits just be careful

Attracting a spirit isn’t really the way things work, as said holding a seance or similar is a good idea as it creates energy for the spirit to manifest, if there is something in your mind blocking the spirit then it will obviously be hard for it to make contact etc as without the energy it is unlikely to be able to make contact.
If it is opening and closing draws then it is obviously trying to make you a wear of its presence, if you do want to make contact with it please read and learn first, don’t go trying anything you can get you hands on without knowing how to use it.

One way to attract a variety of entities (though not necessarily ghosts) is to use a ouiji board. Otherwise I would hold a seance or something..

First of all ghosts don’t exists but demons do. What happens is that sometimes they pretend to be ghosts in order to trick and deceive people to go into the occult. They are very wicked creatures and only want to destroy people. Therefore do not try to attract them in anyway.

You dont really want a demon. I believe in residual hauntings and intelligent hauntings. Check out the difference on yahoo search. Also, as far as all hauntings being demonic, check out demonologist forums. You could learn allot.

Well, there is no ‘bait’ so to speak but the best time is usually at night. The reason for this is that there is less noise and activity that could cover up any anomalies. Deep concentration may help. but this will only make you more in tune to what is happening around you. Spirits are everywhere. Try taking some pictures around your place. Images may appear that are not visible to the naked eye. Try running a digital or tape recorder. Make sure everything is quiet while the recorder is running. Let it run for about 15 minutes at a time. You can ask questions like ‘Is there anyone here’ or ‘whats your name’. Just make sure you leave enough time between questions for an answer. Listen to your recordings and see if there are any voices on it. Voices that you didn’t hear while you were recording.
