type in TAPS in Google, that will get you their website, it has TONS of links on it for equipment, books, trips, etc etc… also darknessradio.com is a good place for info.
If you can go to one of the seminars you’d have a lot of fun and learn a lot, too. Click on TRIPS on the darkness radio site, or attend UNIV-CON at State College in PA in October, few other ones coming up, too. The crowd alone is worth the trip..

a cemetery is a good place to start, there is always some energy there, pick one then take a camera, vidoe cam and see what comes up. Ive seen lots of footage taken at cemeteries, with lights, orbs and mists

no,too scared. but i suggest u go and watch Most Haunted Live! on the travel channel. then u can go to the website and look on the web cams for ghost. they have great advice and are expreienced.its on right now!!!!!so scary!!!!!

I don’t want to get into gost hunting, but I know how to get into it. Youdon’t have to call some “fancy”ghost company. You can do it on your own. Sit in your room at night with the door closed and make sure it’s pitch black. Take pictures with your camera and call, “Spirits and ghosts show yourselves!”You should feel a shiver down you back and chills. If you see white things floating around you are seeing ghosts and spirits. Develop the pictures you took in the dark room and look closly, you might see white things. You are once again seeing ghosts and spirits. Hint: Be carful, some spirits want to be your friend, and well…Some don’t. Also ghosts can’t communicate with us so if you hear voices those are spirits.

I am just going to tell you my experience.For one you have to be in tune to the energy around you. Feel with your body and feel with your emotions.And trust yourself that what you pick up is real. But also be fore warned.If you do not have a spiritual state of mind you can run into some nasty stuff that will scare the hell out of you.If you are wanting to go with the TV shows I would not recommend it for they are relying on electronic data and goose bumps.Keep EGO out of it. How did I get in to it? By making a commitment to My path.
and being thrown into the mix. It is serious stuff. not a hobby. If you have hobby mentality,then please stay away!!!

First off get a digital camera. Secondly do search on see if there are any ghost hunting groups in your area. Meetup is a great resource for just about any hobby you can think of. Try also see if there are any groups in your area. That will get your foot in the door. Hopefully you will meet others with similar interests. If you have no luck with the groups, try looking in the community paper and see if there are any groups, tours or walks. Finally, whenever I travel anywhere, I google and search until I find some indication of haunting. I

visit places you KNOW are haunted. Also take a digital camera, and make sure the battery is charged. There is one cemetery I visit that I can’t take pictures in. There is something interfering with the electricity in my camera. It doesn’t affect the car radio, tho. Also take a hand held voice recorder for EVP’s and watch ghost hunters on Sci-fi channel very cool show.
